Multi dimensional, intense, vibrant, expressive energy, minerality, savouriness all with our usual trade mark acidity. Winemaker’s Notes

100% estate Chardonnay, certified organic with minimal adjustments in the winery. Fermented wild and aged in a mix of barrique and puncheon, 25% new, all blonde toast, Gillet oak. 12 months elevage.

Cobaw Ridge Original Block Pinot Noir 2023

As the name suggests, fruit from our original 1995 planting. Pinot Noir Clones 114, 115, MV6. Super fine and more delicate than the HD but still with amazing intensity. Biodynamic farmed estate. Layers of spice and herb. Only 5% whole-bunch and 25% new oak for this vintage. A wonderful pure expression of Cobaw Ridge Pinot Noir. Winemaker’s Notes

Cobaw Ridge High Density Pinot Noir 2023

Our second single Vineyard high density Pinot Noir. First planted in 2011 at a density of just under 7000 vines / hectare and including a mix of clones including 777, Q390-02, Pomard, Able, 115 and MV6. The second release as a standalone wine from this now mature planting. More intense and darker fruited than the Original. Walking a delicate line of power and subtlety but still oh so fine. Both Pinots should age incredibly well. Winemaker’s Notes
